- Please note that payments you have made for the Services final and non-refundable.
- You can have your funds refunded only subject to the following conditions:
2.1 If you have made a mistake when making a payment.
2.2 The Service(s) has/have not yet been provided.
- The refund can be made only to the same payment instrument from which your payment was made. In case when the refund cannot be performed to this payment instrument, the money transfer will either: a) be transferred to your banking account; or b) be transferred to another payment instrument which you hold.
- Your refund request will be considered within 3-5 business days starting from the date of your submission. In case if your refund request is approved, the money will be transferred within 3-5 business days starting from the approval date.
